Jillian Michaels’ Tip to Wearing Fitness Shoes

Buy shoes that fit right.  Try shoes on in the afternoon because feet swell during the day and you need to be sure your shoes fit your swelling feet.  Make sure your toes lie flat in the shoe.  The ball of your foot should sit comfortably in the shoes widest point.  The heel should not slip when you walk.  Happy Running.
