Policies

The new policies are instituted to help provide guidelines on responding to various requests, purchases, and other aspects of the blog.  Because the AtStudio5 blog is growing and will continue to grow, these policies will help to facilitate responding to questions and concerns in a timely manner.

These policies will be updated regularly to ensure AtStudio5 is conveying information accurately, clearly, and consistently.

Featuring & Hosting Sites:

These policies will help prospective clients determine if whether or not they meet the criteria for being featured on AtStudio5.

1. Sites accepted to be featured/hosted on AtStudio5 will be hosted for a period of one year.
2. The fee to be hosted on AtStudio5 is $25 for one year.
3. In order for a site to be featured on AtStudio5, the site must have a 3.5 and above star rating.  Ratings below a 3.5 star rating will not be considered.
4. Sites with a high rate of negative reviews, thus greatly impacting the overall rating, will not be considered.  This will be checked prior to responding to requests to be featured.
5. Prospective site owners will receive an email providing the status of their request.  In the event that a request is declined to be featured due to a low rating, or other reasons warranting the decision to decline a request to be featured, they are welcome to resubmit their request once their rating greatly improves and/or other issues have been resolved.

Purchasing Items For Sale:

1. All purchases must be prepaid.
2. Shipping is applied to all orders.
3. All purchases are as shown on the Design Studio page (to be updated regularly), unless otherwise being ordered due to requesting a different size, color, or style other than what is shown.
4. No refunds will be given after 30 days.
5. Check your purchase thoroughly for any defects, sizing issues, correctly style and color.  Notify AtStudio5 at once if there any issues with your order.
6. If you are ordering a different size, color, or style other than what is available on the Design Studio page, it is important to ensure you have provided your correct measurements (i.e., bust, waist, and hips), correct color choice, and/or style.  AtStudio5 cannot be held liable if you provide incorrect details for your order.
7. AtStudio5 will ship internationally.  International shipping charges will apply.

Article Submissions to AtStudio5

1. Article submissions are subject to review and are by email request only.
2. Should an article submission be approved and accepted, the author of the article will be notified within 24 – 48 hours.
3. All articles being requested for submission must be relateable content based on what AtStudio5 is about (i.e., fashion, beauty, health, entertainment, men and women lifestyle).
4. Articles with negative and vulgar content will not be accepted. No exceptions.
5. Images included with article submissions should be free of copyright infringement, otherwise will not be accepted.
